twitter bot help

hey guys , i've followed the tutorial about how to connect a bot to twitter , and when i click SAVE , nothing happened , and i don't know if my bot is working or not , how can i check if it's really replying to tweets ??? and should i put hashtag before keywords ? i'm new to this thanks for helping
