Alice is talking rubbish again.

When she is asked a "What is..." question, she randomly replies "Yes" or "No".

Any ideas how I can tell her not to be so daft, without hurting her feelings?

That is odd. It seems her WhatIs script may have gotten corrupt. I would recommend you Rebootstrap her scripts from the Scripts page under Admin.
I can do it for you if you would like?
